I’m a nurse practitioner specializing in sleep medicine - every suggestion I offer you keeps your child’s health in mind. I have an extensive background in sleep and I understand how deeply sleep affects every part of a person’s life.
I am a mom of 2 who has been there. When my son was born, we were not sleeping at all. Once I taught him how to sleep through the night, our lives were forever changed. I realized there was a different way than what we were experiencing and I want this for YOU too.
One program doesn’t always fit all family’s needs - I customize sleep plans that fit your family. If your family does better on a schedule, I can work with that. If your family is more on the go I can work with that too! In my program, it is about YOU and what you need.
I follow all the American Academy of Pediatric safe sleep guidelines.
Your child’s safety is my number one priority.


I was YOU when my son was born.
I had such a naive mindset about sleep and just assumed that all babies eventually get it.
Boy was I wrong.

No one in my house was sleeping for months and life and motherhood felt so hard. I knew that it didn’t have to be this way. Once I taught my son how to sleep in a way that felt right to me as his mother, our lives drastically changed. I enjoyed being a mom and my passion for sleep continued to grow.

When I had my daughter 3 years later, I applied the same techniques until I had another excellent sleeper!
